Arshad Akif is an HRD Professional, consultant, and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in corporate and development sectors in the fields of Human Resource Management, Management and leadership, HR outsourcing, youth development and employment, and soft skills. Akif is a member of ISO-260, in two international working groups on recruitment and Diversity and Inclusion. Also, member of the “National Mirror Committee” of PSQCA, Pakistan on HRM Standards Development.
Asma is a professional with over 10 years’ experience in project management and training programs. She worked on different assignments with local and international development organizations from community to executive level management. This period also include her work & assignments as trainer. She is permanent member of ASK Development’s team of project professionals that has trained more than 300 youth on Vital Job Skills. She has been instrumental in designing training programs and interventions for youth that resulted in enhancement of their employability skills and subsequently their placement on jobs.
Asma Khurram, a dynamic business graduate and philanthropist, is a member of the Board of Directors for multiple companies and the visionary founder of Apne Bal Peh, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the youth of Pakistan. With a passion for creating sustainable opportunities and fostering self-reliance, Asma leads innovative initiatives and impactful programs aimed at building a brighter future for young individuals. Her steadfast commitment to societal betterment drives the mission of Apne Bal Peh, which is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of seasoned professionals and community leaders. Together, Asma and the board ensure strategic oversight, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and spearhead efforts to bring lasting, positive change to the lives of Pakistan's youth and society at large.
